Boat skips 750L – 2000L
A boat skip, or muck skip, are used for the removal of general muck and rubbish on site.
They’re designed with a drop hanger, hook ring and latch for automatic emptying.
A boat skip has a lower loading height compared to a traditional muck skip.
Because of the latch for automatic emptying it can be operated solely by the crane operator, removing the need for an assistant to manually operate a release mechanism. The boat skip is hard wearing and durable, suitable for long-lasting construction and industrial use. 1200L Auto lock roll forward skip
The auto lock roll forward tipping skips attach to the forklift truck/telehandler to remove waste and rubbish easily. They have a four-way entry, strong gas strut mechanism and auto lock mechanism to the forks to prevent the skip sliding when tipping.
The galvanised finish is ideal for storage and use in damp areas.
The forklift sleeves allow for use by forklifts and telehandlers.
Crane brick forks – self levelling
Self-levelling crane forks are designed to lift palletised materials or packs of bricks.
They are spring loaded, and the compensation mechanism attached to the lifting eye, ensures that the forks are self-levelling regardless of the weight of the load.
The forks are adjustable, and the frame allows for the addition of a safety net.
Crane brick forks should not be used without a safety net.
Never lift loose or split packs.
Crane chains
We supply and stock a range of heavy-duty lifting crane chains and slings. Chain hooks, eye bolts and pins are also available. Our crane chains vary in their maximum weight-lifting capacity, from lower loads, 500kg, up to 20 tonnes.
All the chains we stock are made using high grade steel that has been quenched and tempered.

Crane Accident Rescue cage
This two-person crane lifting rescue cage collects and transports injured personnel around a construction site. The crane can fit two people inside; one stretcher and one first aider.
Each unit is supplied complete with four leg sling chains, as required by CE regulations. The crane man basket legs are spring loaded for shock-proofing when setting down – ensuring a safe and stable lift.
All crane and lifting equipment are provided on hire with full LOLER certification and inspected and tested on site six monthly when required at no additional charge.
